We have diverse experience in convention staffing, event/convention operations, emergency preparedness/training, event medical care, crowd/line management and more. Our members have years of pop culture events and conventions staffing experience. Most of our members come from a diverse background such as EMS, police, social services, public relations, security and more.

Have us at your convention or event!

We can assist your convention or event in many ways and have medical personal on site or on your staff. Our members have personal liability insurance or operate under the good Samaritan laws and are well versed in how to train staff and help provide basic first aid and medical care to people in a pop culture convention setting. We are happy to offer event consulting and emergency planing to any convention or event that would like this service.

Services we offer

Operation Hammond offers many services and training for pop culture conventions, events and associated organizations. We are experts in dealing with the unique needs pertaining to pop culture conventions. Our aim is to assist and in many cases become part of convention staff to seamlessly integrate our services with ease. After all were most of our members are nerds or have a deep love of pop culture and love helping out pop culture conventions and events.

Our Services Include

Medical and first aid staffing and management for Conventions and Events
Our members and senior staff have the equipment experience and know how to effectively deal with medical emergencies and situations at pop culture events and conventions.

Emergency Preparedness and organization
We can custom design a emergency preparedness plan for you convention or event. We have plans
ready to go and can be tailored to meet your needs. We can run panels and events geared for nerds and convention staff about how to prepare and deal with everyday or once in  a lifetime emergencies. Our staff are experts in implementing and training others on how to deal with situations and emergencies that pertain to pop culture conventions and events.  

First Aid and line/crowd management training
We offer training sessions in medical, first aid, emergency preparedness, crowd/line management and more for other non profits, conventions and events.

Caring for people with Social deficits
